We have a core of well trained staff, together with tradespeople, and specialist contractors who work alongside us. We are fully committed to the training and development of our staff. On larger projects we use local agency labour to assist our own staff, and the use of local suppliers further supports local economies and gives the greatest flexibility.
Working closely with our clients, and having a complete understanding of their requirements allows us to offer alternative options or suggestions if necessary, which can make them cost savings or improvements to their projects.
